The Last Adjunct looks at the ongoing struggle for contingent faculty in America's colleges and universities. A long-term adjunct myself, I made this film in collaboration with students, tenured faculty, and adjuncts at Buffalo State University to help create conversation around this urgent issue that affects everyone in the academic community.
